Spring return actuator operated
BVALVE Pneumatic actuated soft-seated butterfly valve, One-piece wafer design with extended neck and a concentric disc and seat configuration to allow for DN40-DN1200 of piping insulation. Flanges have hole drilling according to international flange standards. The valves are provided with a non-corrosive bushing and self-adjusting stem seal.
Wafer type butterfly valve for installation between flanges EN 1092-2, PN 10/16, ASME class 150. Acc B16.5. One-piece body, self-centring, two-piece disc and stem connection, bubble-tight up to 16 bar (DN50-DN300), up to 10 bar (DN350-DN1200).
Spring return actuator with rack and pinion design. Rotation angle 90º ± 5º (by means of external travel stops). Maximum working pressure 8 bar (120 psig) Total safety for spring replacement. Anftifriction sliding bearings.
